Our stylists were very busy this season working on some very exciting shows for fashion week back in February. Here are some highlights:
Set Designer Stefan Beckman transformed Looks Space to look like a posh (pun intended) and swanky mansion to compliment designer Victoria Beckham's collection. Here are some pictures of the raw space before and the transformed space after.
Stylist George Cortina worked on two shows this season. Bill Blass was filled with feminine conservative separates. This was the second season George styled for Halston, and it did not disappoint. The collection had edgy pieces and feminine flowy dresses. Hairstylist Odile Gilbert worked on 9 shows this season. Favorites included Olivier Theysken's collection for Theory sponsored by Kerastase. The hair was sleek and pulled back with long pin-straight extensions added to the front. Odile and Aveda paired again with Rodarte to create another very romantic hairstyle for the collection. Nobody can create a faux-bang like Odile can! Standing out this season was the hair for Thakoon. Gilbert and Kerastase created edgy updos with cut-up knit hats and scarves.
